  • Customer Service???

    I ordered a Bob Stroller on 1/16/09, received a call on 1/19/09 to confirm my order because it exceeded a certain dollar amount. It is now more than two weeks since I ordered the product and I have not received a shipping confirmation nor a status. I tried calling your customer service at around 8:30am Pacific Time. I was on hold for probably about 30 minutes before it forced me to leave a voicemail.
